The Company grants you access to and use of the Website subject to your acceptance of these terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Website and placing any orders.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Website and any orders you place through the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, and any additional policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. If you disagree with these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Website.

You acknowledge and agree that all images of Products (“Product Images”) displayed on the Website are strictly for illustrative purposes only. The actual colors, textures, and details of the Products (“Product Details”) may slightly differ from those depicted in the Product Images due to variations in screen resolutions, device settings, studio lighting, and other factors beyond our control.

While we endeavour to ensure that the Product Images are as representative as possible of the actual Products, you understand and accept that certain discrepancies may occur between the Product Images and the actual Products.

If you have any questions or concerns, or require clarification regarding the appearance, characteristics, sizes, or other details of the Products, please contact us through our contact form prior to placing your order.

5. Ordering Process and Acceptance

You can select and add Products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Please note that all Products listed on the Website, including those in your shopping cart, are subject to availability.

Before proceeding to the checkout page and authorising payment, you are advised to carefully review your shopping cart, including, but not limited to, price, variant, colour, quantities, applicable taxes, shipping fees, and handling charges. By submitting your order on the Website, you acknowledge and agree that you are offering to purchase the ordered Product(s). Your offer is deemed accepted by us when we send you an order confirmation email.

Please note that Products marked as sold out may not be restocked and may be removed from our Website. If you order multiple Products as part of the same transaction and some of the Products you ordered are unavailable, we may fulfil your order in part by removing any out-of-stock Products from your order. You will only be billed for the Products specified in our order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to decline your order for any reason at our sole discretion, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Unavailability of the ordered Product,
  • Pricing or Product description errors on the Website at the time of your order,
  • Inability to process payment with your selected payment method,
  • If we do not ship to your location,
  • Non-compliance with any provision of these Terms.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will contact you promptly to inform you.

6. Price Changes and Errors

All prices for Products displayed on the Website are denominated in EUR. We endeavour to ensure that all Product prices are accurate and current at the time of display. However, you acknowledge and accept that occasional pricing errors may occur on the Website.

In the event that a pricing error for a Product ordered by you is identified, we will promptly notify you via email and offer you the opportunity to confirm your order at the correct price. You will be required to respond within 72 hours of receiving our email notification to avoid order cancellation by the Company. If we do not receive your response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice.

We are under no legal obligation to honour any orders placed at an incorrect lower price due to a pricing error on the Website.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to alter or amend the prices of any Products on the Website or to withdraw any promotional offers at any time without prior notice to you. Such changes or withdrawals will not affect any orders already dispatched.

7. Payment Policy

  • Payment Authorisation

You are obliged to authorise the full order amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, when you submit your order.

  • Accepted Payment Methods

The Company accepts order payments via Stripe and Paypal.

  • Use of Payment Card

If you pay for your order using a credit or debit card, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the provided payment card. Any attempt to use another person’s payment method without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

  • Liability for Payment Authorisation Refusal or Non-Payment

The Company shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of an order resulting from the refusal of payment authorisation by the payment card issuer or unsuccessful bank transfers.

In the event of payment card authorisation refusal, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order. You are encouraged to provide accurate payment information to avoid delays. If your payment authorisation is declined or the bank transfer has been unsuccessful, you can place a new order using an alternative payment method. The Company will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly in such cases.

8. Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as our commitment to efficient order processing means we may not be able to guarantee cancellations once our warehouse confirms an order. Should you wish to cancel an order, please promptly contact our customer support team for assistance through our contact form. You should also provide your order number with any cancellation requests.

If your order has not yet been dispatched by our warehouse at the time of your cancellation request, we will endeavour to cancel the order and initiate a reversal of your payment. However, if your order has already been dispatched, we regret that we cannot cancel it. In such cases, you may refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for guidance on returning the Product and obtaining a refund or store credit.

Please note that the Company reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  1. Product Unavailability: If the ordered Products are unavailable for any reason.
  2. Pricing Error: In the event of a pricing error with the ordered Product.
  3. Shipping Restrictions: If we are unable to ship to your location.

 9. Return and Refund Policy

  • Return Period and Product Condition

You may request a return of your ordered Product anytime within 14 days of the delivery date (“Return Period”) in accordance with this Returns and Refund Policy. Please note that you must obtain a return merchandise authorisation number (RMA number) within the Return Period. All sales are deemed final after the Return Period has elapsed.

To be eligible for a refund, replacement or store credit, your returned Product(s) must meet the following criteria:

  • Unplayed and Unused Condition: The returned Product must be in its original condition, unplayed and unused. The Product must not be damaged or marked in any way.
  • In Original Packaging: Please return the Product in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include a valid proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, with the Returned parcel. 
  • Return Shipping Cost

Except where the return relates to a defective or incorrect Product, you will bear the direct cost of returning the Product to us. We strongly advise you to use a trackable shipping service when returning the Product to us. We will not be responsible for any returned parcels lost or damaged in transit. Please retain proof of shipping to ensure you have evidence that the Product was returned within the specified period.

  • Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect the Product as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the Product is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. Please email us through our contact form with your order number and a photo of the Product. We will offer to either reship the correct Product to you (if available in stock), issue a store credit for the full amount (to be used to purchase another Product of equivalent value on the Website), or issue you a full refund. We will also cover any return shipping costs for incorrect or defective Products.

  • Initiating Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us through our contact form with your full name and order number. Once you receive an RMA number, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the Product. Products returned to us without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
    • Please pack the Product securely to avoid any damage during the return shipment.
    • Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer support team.

We fully inspect all returned Products within ten days of receipt, and if any of the return conditions are not met, then the return will be rejected, and your Product will be resent to you at your own cost.

  • Refund, Replacement and Store Credit

If your return is approved, we will give you the option to request a full refund, receive a replacement Product, or store credit to purchase another Product of equivalent value from the Website.

  • Full Refund: If you select to receive a refund, it will be issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase. Please allow up to 15 calendar days for the refund to appear in your account, as it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 calendar days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us through our contact form.
  • Store Credit: If you opt to receive store credit, you will be required to register an account on the Website (if you do not have one) and communicate your account details to us, and the store credit will appear in your account balance. You may use your store credit at any time to purchase any Products available on the Website. If the Product you wish to purchase with your store credit is of higher value than the credit available in your account, you will be required to pay the price difference when you place your order using one of the payment options available.
  • Replacement Product: If you request a replacement Product, the replacement Product will be shipped to the same shipping address as the returned Product.

If your return is rejected, we will provide you with a reason, and the Product will be sent back to you at your own cost.

10. Shipping Policy

10.1. Shipping Address

All orders will be shipped to the shipping address you provided at the time you submit your order. It is solely your responsibility to carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. We will not accept any responsibility for delivery made to an incorrect shipping address you provided. If you provided us with an incorrect shipping address, the delivered Product must be returned and approved before we can refund you. You are advised to provide us with a secure shipping address so you, or a person authorised by you, can accept the delivery of your order. We will not be responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with an unsafe shipping address where your parcel will be left unattended. All risks in the Product will pass to you after the shipping service provider’s tracking reflects that your parcel was delivered to your specified shipping address. We will not offer any replacement, refund or store credit for any loss or damage arising as a result of an unsafe shipping address.

10.2. Shipping Methods

We may offer multiple shipping options to cater to your needs. The available shipping methods may vary depending on your location. During the checkout process, you will be presented with the available shipping options and their associated costs. Please review the options carefully before making your selection.

10.3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on the selected shipping method, the destination of your order, and the total weight of the Products in your cart. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review the charges before finalising your purchase.

10.4. Order Processing Time

Once you submit your order, our dedicated team works diligently to process it promptly. All orders are processed promptly. During peak seasons, such as holidays and promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

10.5. Delivery Timeframes

The delivery timeframe for your order depends on the shipping method you selected and your location. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please understand that unforeseen circumstances like weather events or logistical issues may occasionally cause delays. We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage incurred by you or any other person due to any delay in delivery due to any unforeseen circumstances.

10.6. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all destinations listed on our Website.

10.7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If you believe your shipment is lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team through our contact form. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

11. B2B Terms of Sale

Please note that these Terms only govern the use of the Website and sale of Products from the Company to consumers. If you are a business and you wish to purchase the Products for resale, please note that you will be governed by our B2B Terms of Sale, which are not included in these Terms. Please contact us to discuss your business and how you can purchase our Products by writing through our contact form.

12. User-Generated Content

The Company may, in its sole discretion, enable Users to contribute content on the Website and/or our social media pages on third-party platforms, including but not limited to unboxing orders, Product reviews, and user questions (collectively “User-Generated Content”). When you contribute your User-Generated Content to the Website, you understand that such User-Generated Content is, by its nature, publicly visible and not considered confidential.

By contributing User-Generated Content on the Website, you grant the Company and its authorised personnel the right to identify you as the author of such User-Generated Content where appropriate and/or if required by law.

Furthermore, by contributing User-Generated Content on the Website and social media pages, you expressly grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license to use, store, copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, sell, create derivative work or share, in print or on any digital media, any of your User-Generated Content.

Please note that User-Generated Content is the sole responsibility of the User who originally published the User-Generated Content, and the Company will not be held liable for the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of any User-Generated Content.

13. Intellectual Property

The Company and its licensors are the owners of intellectual property rights in all content available on the Website, including any text, graphics, logos, trademarks, audio, video content, interactive features, and the like (“Company Content”). 14.1. Termination by the User

You may terminate your account at any time by accessing your account settings or request the termination of your account on the Website by contacting our customer support team through our contact form.

14.2. Termination by the Company

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time without giving prior notice to you if we find that:

14.2.2. You have violated any applicable laws; or
14.2.3. Your conduct is harmful to us or our Users.

14.3. Consequences of Termination

After your account is terminated, you will not be able to reactivate your account, and you will lose all data associated with your account.

15.3. 20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Terms, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia.

The Parties irrevocably agree that the courts of Estonia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or its subject matter or formation.

21. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update any part of these Terms at any time without giving any prior notice. Where we make any changes to these Terms, we will update the last modified date on the top of the page where these Terms appear. All amendments shall be effective from the date we publish the updated version on the Website. You are advised to periodically review these Terms to familiarise yourself with any material changes. 22. Force Majeure
